Founded in 2001, CS Technologies has spent more than twenty-five years quietly solving complex technology problems for retailers, financial institutions and growing companies across Europe. Clients such as La Redoute, RS Components and Oney keep working with us because we do the unglamorous things well: we take the time to understand their business, we own our part of it, and the people who design a system are the people who keep it running.
The same long-term thinking is why our colleagues stay. We trust people to do good work and give them the room to do it; we share what we know rather than compete with one another; and we grow people steadily over many years. The result is a settled, experienced team whose knowledge of our clients deepens with time rather than starting again with every project.
